Russian observer: “Elections have been held in a completely transparent and democratic way”
“The snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan have been held in a completely transparent and democratic way”, said Liliya Gumerova, Head of the group of observers from Russia observing the snap parliamentary elections, secki-2020.az reports.
She said yesterday the observation mission attended 11 polling stations in 3 constituencies.
"At each polling station, the election process was organized at a high level, in the legal framework and with expertise", L. Gumerova noted.
