Observation mission of GUAM Parliamentary Assembly: “Elections have been held freely and fairly”
“Early parliamentary elections to Azerbaijani parliament have been held freely and fairly,” Ukrainian MP, member of the observation mission of GUAM Parliamentary Assembly Maryan Zablotskiy said at the press conference held regarding snap elections to Milli Majlis, secki-2020.az reports.
According to him, parliamentary elections have been held in accordance with international standards and legislature of Azerbaijan: “All the conditions have been created for voters to freely express their will.”
